ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant

Summary

The job is for a ServiceNow specialist at Thirdera, a global services provider that helps enterprises digitize and automate their workflows. The role involves creating automated business processes with coding skills and helping clients from different cultures.

Requirements

• 3+ years coding in JavaScript and ServiceNow deployments, implementations and / or integrations
• Experienced in building and supporting all ServiceNow modules for customers
• ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator (minimum) required
• ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist – required

Responsibilities

• Create automated business processes with the power of Coding
• Solve issues our client's users may have with the platform

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in development with ServiceNow, particularly with CSM. and ITSM skillset is preferred
• ServiceNow – Certified Application Developer is desired
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
• Experience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST desired
• Experienced with JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Angular, or Node.js
• Strong requirements gathering experience. Ability to work with business users and clients
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and appreciation for cultural diversity
• Proven team player
• ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)
