Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in managing a CMDB in ServiceNow
• Experience building CMDB in the technology industry or within technical groups within a large, global organization
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration management and Service Mapping
• A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and data management principles
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate CMDB development, implementation, and maintenance to support IT service management processes
• Leads, educates and mentors critical stakeholders on developing and maintaining configuration management services
• Providing advice and support during system deployments to ensure that change impacts across configuration items are understood and managed
• Generate reports and insights from the CMDB to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
