- Experience building CMDB in the technology industry or within technical groups within a large, global organization
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration management and Service Mapping
- A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and data management principles
- Bachelorβs degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate CMDB development, implementation, and maintenance to support IT service management processes
- Leads, educates and mentors critical stakeholders on developing and maintaining configuration management services
- Providing advice and support during system deployments to ensure that change impacts across configuration items are understood and managed
- Generate reports and insights from the CMDB to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
