Requirements

• Have experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management
• Have experience with ServiceNow workplace service delivery
• Have experience with ServiceNow HR service delivery
• Have experience with both agile and waterfall software delivery methods
• Have proven experience managing stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Design, develop, and configure new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests on the ServiceNow platform
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production
• Ensure the development and customization of ServiceNow applications align with industry best practices and adhere to coding standards
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications by identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, design documents, and test plans
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other business systems and applications
• Provide post-production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions
• Deploy code into production environments, following proper change management procedures
• Actively participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams to ensure successful project delivery
