Summary
Join Time Doctor as a SMB Account Executive and play a key role in driving sales, acquiring new clients, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling B2B software products remotely, conducting product demonstrations, and using an investigative sales approach. Responsibilities include customer acquisition in EMEA or APAC, managing your own sales cycle, maintaining quick response times to prospects, performing product demos, and collaborating with the sales team. You will also optimize sales processes, maintain CRM data, and participate in coaching sessions. This is a global role with a distributed team, offering either full-time employment or contract opportunities depending on location.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in an account executive role
- 2+ years of selling in SMB and offering a B2b Saas product
- Experience working with Emerging markets and other international regions such as EMEA and APAC
- Possess an understanding of Workforce Management and HR Products such as payroll, time tracking, accounting, etc
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and hitting targets
- Strong sales skills with a focus on investigative selling
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within the sales team
- Experience operating within sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, are a student of the industry and possess a Challenger mindset
- Understanding how to use CRMs and other sales tools such as Hubspot, RingOver, SalesIntel, Linkedin SalesNav, etcβ¦
Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Located in the EMEA or APAC Region, and having worked directly with customers in those regions and or Time Doctors core ICP
- Responsible for reaching out to prospects and running your own sales cycle in our SMB customer segment
- Maintain time to connect of 24-48 hours to prospects and inbound leads generated through demo requests, trial sign ups, and other various forms of inbound leads
- Ability to Perform upwards of 5-6 of your own product Demos
- Managing your own follow up by using emails, calls and texts, as well as partnering with internal stakeholders to craft custom solutions to onboarding new customers
- Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure cohesive and effective sales operations
- Provide guidance and support to the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
- Conduct peer to peer coaching, as well as receive coaching by management and peers to improve performance
- Maintain a regular cadence with manager for 1:1 coaching and pipeline review to ensure progress is made and targets are met
- Sales Process Optimization: Optimize your sales process for efficiency and effectiveness, and use the existing tools and outreach sequences
- Maintain CRM data for active leads and opportunities, as well as log all sales activity according to company guidelines and instruction my management
