Summary

Join Connecteam, a TLV-based startup, as a driven and dynamic Account Manager. In this role, you will expand our customer base and increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling. You will manage your own account pipeline, contributing to the team's overall growth. You will collaborate with SDR and CSM teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience and becoming a product expert. The position requires strong customer relationship skills, the ability to close deals, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. You will work remotely from 9:00 AM to 6 PM, Monday-Friday.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive at a SaaS company - MUST
  • Energetic, positive, and motivated - MUST
  • Strong record of closing deals and over-achieving monthly quotas
  • Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization
  • Ability for self-learning and highly independent
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and busy work environment
  • Working remotely from 9:00 AM to 6 PM Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
  • The Account Manager position is a quota-carrying position; you will own the full sales cycle, managing your own account pipeline and contributing to the team’s pipeline
  • Becoming a product expert
  • Analyze customer data to identify expansion opportunities
  • Be the face of the company – Connecteam is known for our outstanding customer service and approach
  • Collaborate with SDR and CSM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Influence the product based on customers' demands and needs
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Initiative, independence and ownership
