Summary

MIRA Tech., a leading marketing agency based in Dubai, is seeking a remote Social Media Manager to spearhead their social media strategy. The role involves maintaining promotion channels, developing strategies, community management, generating reports, working with different formats, analyzing content, influencing marketing, and monitoring competitors. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in social media marketing, proficiency in English, and experience with Figma and video editing software.

Requirements

• 1+ years of proven experience in social media marketing
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and strategies
• Experience working with Figma for design collaboration
• Experience with video editing software
• English proficiency (both written and spoken) at B2 level or higher

Responsibilities

• Maintain promotion channels in accordance with approved goals and objectives (Instagram, VK, Telegram, etc.)
• Develop a development strategy in social networks
• Community management: process comments, establish communications, introduce engaging formats
• Generate and maintain a report (social media indicators) at the end of each month
• Work with different formats: posts, stories, reels, collaborations
• Compile technical specifications for videographers, designers, copywriters, etc
• Involve the audience, stimulate UGC, develop interaction formats and mechanics to increase recognition
• Analyze content, identify areas of development
• Influence marketing: working with opinion leaders —on social networks
• Monitor the activity of competitors, as well as global industry trends in search of new ideas
• Generate new ideas for promotion in social networks
