Join Theorycraft Games as a Social Lead to lead social media and content creation for their game SUPERVIVE. As the voice and engine of short-form video content channels, you'll work with a marketing team and developers to build presence from scratch. Ideal candidate has experience creating short-form content, managing TikTok accounts, and understanding gaming communities.

Requirements

• Direct experience creating a wide breadth of short-form content
• Managing a mid to large-sized TikTok account
• A discerning eye for what works (or doesn’t) in the TikTok zeitgeist
• A love of the short-form content medium and community
• The skills, vision, and energy to concept and produce content from idea to post
• A deep understanding of—and empathy for—competitive gaming communities

Responsibilities

• Lead social media
• Be the day-to-day content creation engine for Theorycraft Games' first game—SUPERVIVE
• Power short-form video content channels, like TikTok and YouTube shorts
