Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in social media/content marketing, including at least 2 years in the Web3/DeFi space
• Content Mastery: Skilled in short-form content creation with the ability to write for both Web3 retail (degens, traders) and institutional/regulated audiences
• Data-driven: Demonstrated expertise in using analytics and social listening tools to run experiments, drive strategy, and optimize performance
• Adaptability: Experience working across fast-paced environments with both technical and creative teams
• Deep Web3 Knowledge: Understanding and passion for crypto-native culture and the dynamics of DeFi
• Collaboration and Communication: Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively under pressure, and clearly communicate the impact of content initiatives

Responsibilities

• Content Creation and Deployment: Ideate, create, and distribute compelling content across various social platforms to engage different target audiences
• Multi-channel Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a forward-thinking social media strategy tailored for the web3/DeFi space
• Experiment and Optimize: Use content analytics and social listening tools to experiment, track performance, and iterate on content strategies based on data insights
• Manage Emerging Channels: Proactively identify and stand up new channels to reach and engage untapped audiences
• Visual Collaboration: Collaborate with designers to create eye-catching static and dynamic visuals
• Amplify Ecosystem News: Work cross-functionally to amplify and curate ecosystem-related news to increase Everclear’s brand presence
