The role involves creating engaging social media content, organizing events, and collecting community insights to improve products and initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience managing and growing communities on platforms like Discord, Telegram, or Twitter (X)
• Proven experience planning and executing virtual and in-person events
• Experience in fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in creating content using tools like Canva, Figma, or similar

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging social media posts, graphics, and other content to inform and educate the community about our mission and updates
• Schedule, post, and monitor content across social channels to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Organize and execute virtual and in-person events, such as AMAs, webinars, meetups, and developer-focused events, to bring the community together
• Collect and share insights from the community to help the team improve products and initiatives
• Work with business development, strategy, and product teams to align community engagement efforts with broader goals
• Able to work within 10am and 2pm Mountain Time
