Summary

Join Doppler, a fast-growing SecretOps platform, as our Social and Content Coordinator to connect with developers. You will plan, create, and publish engaging content across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Bluesky, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Responsibilities include managing the content calendar, repurposing content, optimizing for SEO and AI, and tracking performance metrics. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in social media or content marketing, preferably in dev tools, cybersecurity, or SaaS. You should be data-informed, comfortable testing ideas, and enjoy collaborating. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or community engagement, ideally in dev tools, cybersecurity, or SaaS
  • A strong sense of organization and the ability to keep projects on track
  • A data-informed approach to content strategy and social performance
  • You’re comfortable testing ideas, moving quickly, and improving as you go
  • You enjoy collaborating, but you're also self-directed and proactive
  • You're fluent in dev culture or eager to learn the space
  • You care about clarity, consistency, and building content that developers actually want
  • Stay ahead of trends in content marketing, social media algorithms, and video trends

Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, and publish platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Bluesky, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more
  • Monitor social conversations in the dev space and join in when it makes sense
  • Create short-form video content, including screen recordings, tips, and explainers
  • Own and execute the social and content editorial calendar to keep projects moving across teams and contractors
  • Repurpose longer-form content into bite-sized formats (carousel posts, infographics, etc)
  • Manage the full content publishing workflow, from draft to distribution
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to optimize new and existing content for SEO, AI, and distribution
  • Track engagement metrics, identify patterns, and recommend content and social experiments based on what’s working

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with developer or cybersecurity communities
  • Familiarity with video editing tools or motion graphics (for example CapCut, or After Effects)
  • Comfortable being on camera or directing others who are
