Create engaging short-form videos and a weekly YouTube video. Support email newsletter creation and list management. The ideal candidate has proven social media and video editing experience, familiarity with various platforms (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere), and strong writing skills. This is a junior-level position requiring 20+ hours/week, Monday-Friday, in the EST timezone. Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation and management
• Strong video editing skills (short-form and long-form content)
• Familiarity with platforms such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
• Knowledge of best practices for posting and growing content on YouTube, IG, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Ability to write compelling captions and support email content
• Proficiency in using ChatGPT
• Highly organized and consistent with deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage and post regularly on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Create and publish 5 short-form videos (shorts/reels) per week
• Edit and upload one YouTube video weekly (3–7 minutes in length)
• Produce engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Support bi-weekly email newsletter creation and list management
• Assist in expanding reach and engagement across all social platforms
• Take initiative in content repurposing and trend-based content ideas
• Ensure high-quality and visually appealing social media editing

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with YouTube SEO and Wix is considered an advantage
