Social Media Coordinator

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management or coordination, preferably in a consumer brand or e-commerce environment
• Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., DashHudson, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Passion for social media and staying ahead of industry trends and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling organic social media content across platforms, ensuring a consistent posting schedule aligned with the overall social media strategy
• Monitor and engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering positive relationships with our audience
• Collaborate with the creative team to gather visual and written content for social media posts, stories, and campaigns
• Track and report on social media performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations to enhance our social media presence
• Support the execution of social media campaigns and initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Handle various administrative tasks related to social media management, including maintaining content calendars, organizing assets, and updating social media guidelines
• Engage and foster relationships with our social media community across organic posts and in our direct messages
• Keep finger on the pulse of social trends, new platform features, and best practices —identify key trends that we can utilize + present
• Assist in the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of key metrics across US social media channels and provide to SMM
• Oversee daily posting of all social media channels and ensure that posts are going up at optimized times with correct tags, collaboration features, and copy. Check that any pre-scheduled posts are going live on weekends and/or assist in posting anything that needs to be done in real-time
• Attend and/or organize (in the absence of) content capture for social sharing at all major events
• Write post copy for TikTok, Instagram recipe page, and other channels as needed and review processes across all posts to ensure a cohesive brand voice

Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry are a plus
