This role focuses on engaging with the Crypto Twitter community, crafting witty and insightful responses, and building brand visibility. You will work closely with the Growth team, manage multiple Twitter accounts, and track trends within the Web3 and DeFi spaces. The ideal candidate possesses demonstrated experience engaging on Crypto Twitter, strong writing skills, and knowledge of the Web3 space. Requirements

• Demonstrated experience or enthusiasm for engaging on Crypto Twitter through a personal or brand handle (examples welcome)
• Strong writing skills and an intuitive grasp of meme culture, digital tone, and conversational timing
• Knowledge of the Web3 space, including key players, communities, and current narratives
• Ability to manage multiple threads and voices simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-context environment

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant Twitter conversations to join, from founder insights to protocol launches and ecosystem updates
• Work closely with the Growth team to design and execute engagement strategies through real-time replies
• Write witty, timely, and insightful responses that build brand visibility and community credibility
• Manage multiple Twitter accounts, maintaining consistency in voice, tone, and engagement
• Track trends, meme cycles, and sentiment shifts within Web3 and DeFi communities
