Responsibilities

• Understand the overall concept of a social transformation agency, services provided and how we add value to global brands' strategies
• Create and manage social media posts and campaigns
• Communicate with clients on a day-to-day basis
• Report and analyse social media performance
• Brainstorm and ideate with the team
• Participate and present in meetings/calls, internal and external
• Organise and manage calls and team connects to keep projects moving
• Support with identification of and communication with influencers
• Assist teams with ad-hoc or reactive projects
• Propose creative ideas and new ways of thinking, and share inspiration with the team
• Collaborate with fellow team members to deliver projects and campaigns
