Social Media Lead

Summary

Join the Tools for Humanity team as the LatAm social media lead to create and execute a robust social media content calendar, manage social media channels, and work with internal teams to ensure consistency. The role involves developing engaging content, monitoring analytics, and responding to community comments.

Requirements

• Must be fluent (ideally native) in both Spanish (LatAm) and English
• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2-3 years of experience managing social media platforms
• Exceptional communication and organization skills
• Above average copywriting and critical thinking skills; keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software, including graphic design, video editing, etc
• Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and trends

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust social media content calendar
• Create engaging social media content for platforms such as X, Instagram, Threads, Discord, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Farcaster
• Work closely with marketing, comms, ops and other teams to coordinate social media efforts with broader campaigns and ensure consistency
• Monitor and respond to community comments
• Monitor emerging social media trends
• Track analytics
