Requirements

- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of growing followers and engaging an audience
- Expertise in major social media platforms and tools of the trade, including scheduling tools, analytics suites, and content management systems
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO
- Exceptional content creation and writing skills, able to deliver compelling messages suited to each unique platform
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and online presence
- Lead the creation of engaging content across various social platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging media
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a steady stream of relevant content aligned with other marketing activities
- Supervise and mentor a team of social media specialists to produce high-quality content and maintain active engagement with our audience
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to synchronize campaigns with corporate milestones and product launches
- Analyze and report on social media performance, using insights to refine strategies and enhance audience engagement
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
- Engage with key influencers and thought leaders on social media to expand community and influencer outreach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading a social media team in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment
- Ability to use graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva to create visually appealing content
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles to collaborate effectively with web development teams
