Social Media Manager

Summary

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a remote English-fluent Social Media Manager based in Latin America. You will manage and grow GoFasti's social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content tailored to MMA and fitness audiences. You will monitor trends, engage with fans, collaborate with content creators, and track analytics to optimize engagement and growth. This role requires 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts, ideally in sports, fitness, or entertainment, along with a deep understanding of Mixed Martial Arts and strong copywriting and visual content curation skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts, ideally in sports, fitness, or entertainment
• Deep understanding and passion for Mixed Martial Arts (UFC, regional promotions, fighter culture, etc.)
• Strong copywriting and visual content curation skills
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, Buffer, or similar
• Experience with community building and audience engagement

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
• Create and schedule engaging, high-quality content tailored to MMA and fitness audiences
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and news within the MMA and broader sports world
• Engage with fans, fighters, and the community in real-time, fostering interaction and growth
• Collaborate with content creators, athletes, and influencers for partnerships and campaigns
• Track analytics to optimize engagement, reach, and growth strategies
• Stay ahead of platform updates and social media best practices

Background in fitness, sports media, or working with athletes/influencers

Benefits

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $900 - $1,400 per month, depending on seniority and skillset and a trial period of 3-months
• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform
