• Experience working directly within Communications Strategy

Responsibilities

• Create and Author Organizational Social Media Strategy
• Develop Quarterly Content Calendar
• Provide Monthly Reports and Weekly Updates
• Manage IllumiNative Social Channels
• Manage Social Media Content Creation
• Collaborate Across Departments
• Lead Influencer Engagement
• Create and Disseminate Social Media Toolkits
• Assist in Communications Plans for Projects
• Identify Opportunities for Mission Advancement
• Implement Brand Guide and Tone
• Run and Analyze Social Media Reports
• Foster and Nurture Online Community Engagement
• Implement Research-Informed Narrative Strategies
• Conduct Training and Capacity Building
• Support and Oversee Social Media Crisis Management
• Other Duties as Assigned
