Summary

Join our team as a Social Media Manager for a 4-month maternity leave coverage contract starting mid-December 2024 through mid-April 2025, with the potential for permanent employment. Requirements

  • Have 4+ years of social and digital marketing experience, managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X
  • Have expertise in Sprout Social
  • Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, using data to measure and inform strategies
  • Be a native English speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to influence others effectively
  • Be highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities
  • Have a deep understanding of social media's business impact and a genuine enthusiasm for its evolving landscape

Responsibilities

  • Develop social media strategies based on advanced client market insights, including KPIs and performance metrics, and implement real-time optimizations to improve results
  • Design, curate, and manage content, including writing captions and creating social media calendars for client accounts
  • Monitor, listen to, and respond to social audiences in ways that deepen engagement and defuse potential issues
  • Provide guidance on engagement opportunities across evolving social channels and evaluate new opportunities within client budgets
  • Track and analyze social performance across platforms, creating actionable insights for clients
  • Work directly with the EVP Performance Marketing & Analytics, as well as other internal and client teams, to deliver on social media strategies and objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience with short-form video platforms like TikTok and Reels
  • Have knowledge of YouTube's role in brand marketing
