The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in social media management and strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and analytics tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management
  • Experience managing social media accounts across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Strong background in video editing and graphic design using tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, or OpusClip
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Creative and strategic thinking to develop engaging content ideas
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Assembly

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) for multiple clients, ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging
  • Edit videos and graphics using tools such as CapCut, OpusClip, Canva, or Figma, leveraging provided templates and raw assets to create engaging content
  • Utilize platforms like Assembly to schedule posts, track performance, and adjust strategies based on insights and trends
  • Monitor and interact with audiences across platforms, responding to comments and fostering brand engagement
  • Write compelling captions and social media copy that align with the brand voice and content strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop content calendars that align with client goals and campaign objectives
  • Track social media performance metrics and provide insights for optimization and improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn other aspects of the business, such as paid social media advertising
  • Previous work experience or understanding of the US market
