Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends

  • Experience managing and responding to online reviews professionally and effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and meet their social media needs
  • Analytical skills to measure performance and improve strategies over time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our online presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos, tailored to our audience
  • Manage scheduling, posting, and tracking of content performance
  • Respond to customer reviews across platforms like Google, Yelp, and Facebook with professionalism and empathy
  • Address negative reviews, resolve issues promptly, and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary
  • Actively request reviews from satisfied customers to improve ratings and enhance our reputation
  • Monitor and analyze trends in customer feedback to provide actionable insights
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions
  • Collaborate with the team to launch campaigns that promote customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Work closely with other departments to fulfill design, content, and other social media-related requirements
  • Ensure alignment of branding and messaging across all teams and projects
  • Track and report social media metrics, including engagement, follower growth, and review performance
  • Use insights to optimize content strategies and review response processes

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with reputation management tools (e.g., BirdEye, Podium, or Semrush)
