Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights to improve strategies
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build a strong online community
• Collaborate with the team to align social media content with TEEI’s mission and goals
• Research trends, hashtags, and best practices to increase reach and engagement
• Develop and implement campaigns to raise awareness and attract new supporters

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in social media management or marketing
• Be proficient in Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools
