Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, with a track record of growing and engaging online communities (Instagram focus preferred)
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to create impactful, audience-specific messaging
  • A deep appreciation for literature and storytelling, with the ability to authentically connect with book lovers, content creators and writers across various genres and platforms
  • Demonstrated success in managing, growing, and maintaining the online presence of global or tech brands with a portfolio of campaigns that showcase creativity and measurable impact
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, ideally with insights into Mexican cultural and language nuances
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visuals and an ability to manage effective content calendars
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a part-time role
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, connecting with teams in multiple locations (Mexico and the US)
  • Proficiency in Spanish (native-level fluency) and English (professional level) for seamless communication and collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage Everand’s social accounts targeting the Mexican market starting with Instagram
  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking content strategy that aligns with Everand's global brand voice and business objectives, driving measurable impact on user engagement and growth
  • Ideate and schedule posts featuring dynamic visuals and compelling, culturally relevant copy
  • Respond to comments, messages, and interactions promptly to build meaningful relationships with our audience
  • Monitor community feedback, flag emerging trends, and share insights with the local and US teams for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the local team to align content and strategies with the preferences of the Mexican audience
  • Coordinate with the US marketing and communications team to maintain consistency with Everand’s global branding voice and objectives
  • Stay updated on the latest social media and industry trends to ensure our strategy remains fresh and engaging
  • Generate monthly reports on account performance, audience engagement, and growth metrics
