Social Media Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years experience managing brands across social media, either in-house or at an agency
• Extensive experience running social media channels, specifically Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
• Strong experience in community management
• Proven experience in social copywriting in German, as a native German speaker
• Proficiency in using Canva to create aesthetically pleasing designs for Instagram and other social channels
• Experience managing a TikTok agency and feedback/write briefings for creators
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of creativity and ability to develop innovative content ideas
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other departments and teams
• Efficient time management to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and high-quality content tailored for different social media platforms (primarily Instagram and TikTok)
• Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success and inform strategy adjustments
• Use your excellent writing skills to craft posts and interact with followers and community members
• Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, using your expertise across a number of different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube)
• Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Oversee our TikTok agency to ensure alignment with our brand goals
