You will develop and execute social media strategies, manage our online community, and create engaging content. This role requires strong social media expertise, excellent communication skills, and data analysis abilities. You will collaborate with other departments and stay updated on social media trends. The position offers remote work with flexible hours and occasional travel to London. Twyn is an early-stage company with an experienced leadership team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling
• Ability to analyse data, trends, and performance metrics to make informed decisions
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging social media strategies that align with our brand and marketing objectives
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written) across social media channels
• Monitor online conversations and engage with users, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Analyse and report on social media performance metrics, using insights gained to refine strategies and enhance engagement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message across all platforms
• Stay current with social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices to drive engagement and audience growth
