Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling
  • Ability to analyse data, trends, and performance metrics to make informed decisions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging social media strategies that align with our brand and marketing objectives
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written) across social media channels
  • Monitor online conversations and engage with users, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
  • Analyse and report on social media performance metrics, using insights gained to refine strategies and enhance engagement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message across all platforms
  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices to drive engagement and audience growth
