Join Trafilea, a dynamic Tech E-commerce Group, as a Sr. Media Manager - Beauty to drive brand awareness and growth for our beauty brands, Revel Beauty and Spa Dr. Lead the creation and execution of platform-native strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Podcast, generating bold, trend-driven content. You will own a modular content calendar, track KPIs, collaborate with creators, and relaunch the brand's TikTok, YouTube, and Podcast content strategy. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years of experience in social media marketing, and proven success in building and executing social media strategies. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience growing brand presence across social platforms in DTC, E-Commerce, or consumer brand environments
  • Proven ability to build and execute differentiated strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Podcast, with deep understanding of native formats, tone, and platform dynamics
  • Hands-on experience launching and scaling UGC campaigns, community pages, creator partnerships, and viral content initiatives
  • Strong creative instincts and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to connect brand values to trends, culture, and audience behaviors
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear, engaging tone adaptable to multiple formats and audiences
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, using performance insights to optimize creative direction and strategy
  • Self-starter who owns projects end-to-end and delivers consistently in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Collaborative and solutions-oriented, with the ability to thrive in test-and-learn environments and proactively remove blockers

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of platform-native strategies to drive brand awareness, performance, and channel differentiation, ensuring consistency across all Trafilea and brand-specific social handles
  • Generate bold, trend-driven content ideas that resonate with platform culture (TikTok, IG, YouTube, etc.), focusing on UGC-style storytelling, virality, and community-building loops to accelerate growth and engagement
  • Own a modular, real-time content calendar adapted to seasonal, cultural, and platform shifts—defining each channel’s voice, role, and publishing rhythm, including satellite and community-driven profiles
  • Track and analyze channel-specific KPIs weekly and monthly. Extract actionable insights to optimize performance through testing, iteration, and data-driven experimentation
  • Collaborate with creators and ambassadors to boost reach and authenticity. Own and grow the Brand Ambassador Program—recruiting, activating, and engaging talent via social-first initiatives
  • Lead the relaunch and growth of the brand’s TikTok, YouTube, and Podcast content strategy—building high-impact content pillars and creative formats that increase relevance and reach
  • Partner with the Customer Care team for aligned brand tone. Join weekly tactical meetings with Social Media and Brand teams. Proactively monitor trends to keep the brand culturally relevant and top-of-mind

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling podcast and YouTube content strategies
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Grin, Sprout Social, or similar platforms
  • Background working with customer care or CRM teams to ensure brand-aligned communication across touchpoints
