Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Someone with a finger on the pulse of new and emerging social media trends
• Creative mindset
• Experience in short-form video editing for social media (not required, but ideal)
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Someone who is happy to be featured on camera for TikTok content
• Confident and willing to be featured on camera

Responsibilities

• Create organic content plans for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and eDM
• Write copywriting
• Film and edit short-form video content for TikTok
• Monitor social media accounts for customer sentiment, UGC, and emerging trends
• Regularly analyze and report on content performance
• Perform administrative tasks such as organizing giveaway prizes
