Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, ideally within an agency setting
• Proficiency in Canva is required
• Strong design sense with the ability to create visually appealing and attention-grabbing content (static posts, reels, graphics, etc.)
• Task-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Up-to-date with social media best practices, insights, and trends
• Fluent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with online communities and team members

Responsibilities

• Design static posts, social media graphics, and edit reels/videos using provided raw assets and copywriting. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and captures the intended message
• Handle posting and scheduling of content across Meta, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, following the content calendar and maintaining consistency in brand voice
• Actively respond to comments, messages, and questions on social media platforms, fostering an engaged online community
• Stay informed on social media trends, insights, and best practices to help optimize engagement and effectiveness of content

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CapCut or similar video editing tools
