Responsibilities
- Develop and curate high-quality content in various formats (images, videos, infographics, podcasts) that align with our brand voice
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, writers, or subject-matter experts to optimize content for our audience
- Newsletter creation for email listing
- Manage our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok)
- Schedule, publish, moderate, and respond to messages, comments, and reviews
- Engage with followers, influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to amplify content reach
- Plan and execute strategies to build brand awareness and engagement across platforms
- Research industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitor insights using tools like Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite
- Analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
- Create regular reports and dashboards highlighting key metrics and trends
- Present findings to relevant stakeholders (e.g., marketing managers, and executives)
- Keep up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and policies
- Share best practices and insights with the team or clients
- Support social media crisis management by promptly responding to negative feedback or issues
