Requirements

  • A deep understanding of social media trends across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube, with the ability to craft platform-specific strategies that drive engagement and growth
  • Proven experience in storytelling and content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in both written and visual content
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, consistency, and professionalism across all forms of media
  • A demonstrated ability to analyze social media performance metrics and leverage data to optimize content and improve engagement
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as social media management platforms like Meta Business Suite

Responsibilities

  • Own the social media calendar and produce engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, and our blog
  • Daily Content Creation: Create and curate content that sparks engagement and resonates with dog parents
  • Community Engagement: Be the face of Finn online – interact with our community, respond to comments, and keep the conversation lively and authentic
  • Influencer & Partnership Management: Build and nurture relationships with influencers and creators, collaborate to amplify Finn’s message. Develop creative briefs, negotiate partnerships, and track campaign success
  • Analytics & Optimization: Keep a pulse on social metrics, making data-driven decisions to keep us ahead of the curve
  • Ambassador Program: Manage Finn’s 2700+ strong ambassador community, strengthen relationships and create buzzworthy campaigns
  • Event & Collaboration Planning: Organize both online and in-person events, from brand collabs to pop-up events that bring the Finn community together

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or partnerships, preferably in the lifestyle or wellness sectors
  • A genuine passion for dogs and their well-being; bonus points if you’re a dog parent or pet lover
