Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, X, TikTok) across various brands
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain consistent voice and aesthetics
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid content creation skills, including text, images, and video production
  • Experience working with SEO specialists to align social and search content strategies
  • Experience with AI tools for generating content (e.g., text, images, or video)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • A portfolio or examples of your work
  • Links to social media accounts you have managed

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, and community growth across multiple social media accounts
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive content calendar for multiple brands
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) aligned with brand identities
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists on the Organic Team to implement content optimizations that drive organic growth on search engines
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms
  • Work closely with the larger User Acquisition team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals

  • Design experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Creative thinker with a passion for social media and storytelling
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking skills to manage multiple brands
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently

Benefits

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $800 - $1,200 per month, depending on seniority and skillset
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform
