Social Moderation and Community Associate

Summary

Join the Morning Brew Inc. social video team as a part-time Community Manager (~10 hours/week)! You will support community management efforts by engaging with users, moderating comments, and fostering a positive online environment. Reporting to the Social Lead, Video, you will moderate comments, respond to users, publish video content, identify audience feedback, and assist in improving community engagement. This role requires excellent communication skills, familiarity with social media, and an interest in business and finance news. The compensation is $18.00/hour.

Responsibilities

• Moderating Morning Brew Inc's comment section and ensuring it is a respectful and positive environment
• Respond to user comments in the Morning Brew Inc tone of voice
• Publish social video content across all of Morning Brew Inc's social profiles
• Identify and report on audience feedback and trends
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve community engagement and support efforts
