Software Developer - AI Trainer

Summary

Join Mindrift, a platform connecting specialists with AI projects, and become an AI Tutor in Coding. You will collaborate on projects focused on improving the reasoning skills of GenAI models. Typical tasks include generating challenging prompts for the AI, defining scoring criteria for evaluating AI responses, and correcting model responses using your domain expertise. Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in software development, computer science, or other related fields
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience
• Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above
• Code review experience is must

Responsibilities

• Generate prompts that challenge AI
• Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI’s answers
• Correct the model’s responses based on your domain-specific knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI projects is a plus
• You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines
