Summary

Join Altium as a Certified Trainer – Content Developer and deliver industry-leading instruction on Altium products. You will enable customers to fully utilize product features and capabilities through engaging technical training using various media formats. Responsibilities include instructing Altium customers using provided training content, delivering online and onsite training, maintaining knowledge of training content, collaborating with colleagues, and representing Altium professionally. This role requires fluency in English, 2+ years of experience with Altium products and system/board design using Altium Designer, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Preferred qualifications include 1+ year of experience as a technical trainer. The position offers remote work with occasional travel and an hourly rate of $125.

Requirements

  • Must have US citizenship or permanent residency status to meet government facility access and security clearance requirements
  • Fluency in Spoken and Written English
  • 2+ years of Experience with Altium products
  • 2+ years of System / Board design experience using Altium Designer
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (Oration and Technical Writing) in English
  • Fluent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to effectively communicate the status of each project/tasks as needed on-time
  • Be driven, self-managed, organized, and motivated

Responsibilities

  • Instruct Altium Customers using Altium Training Content
  • Provide Online and Onsite Customer Training
  • Maintain knowledge of all Training Content provided to Altium Customers
  • Collaborate with other Trainers and colleagues
  • Must always represent Altium in a professional manner

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years previous experience as a Technical Trainer, both Face to Face and live web-based Training
