Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management, departments, and customers to identify end user requirements and specifications
• Lead software development efforts and deployment processes, including conducting system testing and troubleshooting application deployment
• Design algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems, and produce efficient and elegant code based on requirements
• Test and deploy programs and applications, and troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software
• Compile and assess user feedback to improve software performance while observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products
• Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects
• Supervise and mentor junior developers and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff, and lead collaborative efforts of the development team
