Requirements

  • BS/MS or higher in CS, CE, EE or related field
  • Fluency with programming languages such as C/C++/Python
  • Interest in HDD, flash, semiconductor, components, nonvolatile memory industry

Responsibilities

  • Design firmware components
  • Implement firmware components
  • Validate firmware components
  • Maintain firmware components using best-practice firmware development methodologies
  • Participate in design reviews
  • Participate in test plan reviews
  • Participate in code reviews

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduation between December 2025 - May 2026
  • 3.0 or higher in major courses
  • Exposure to TCL
  • Exposure to MATLAB
  • Exposure to Debugging
  • Exposure to SAS/SATA Bus Trace Analysis
  • Exposure to JTAG ICE (using GHS probes and Arium probes)
