Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing both manual and automated testing, with extensive expertise in mobile platform testing
  • Proven track record of team leadership with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and build confidence across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving company-wide quality initiatives and implementing a shift-left quality philosophy
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex challenges and develop strategic solutions
  • Proficiency in navigating ambiguity and managing conflicting priorities across multiple projects
  • Deep understanding of diverse delivery methodologies and strategic QA integration
  • Experience working closely with Development, Engineering, and PMO teams
  • Exceptional ability to negotiate stakeholder requirements and manage parallel project demands
  • Strong time management, task delegation, and prioritization capabilities
  • Commitment to continuous professional learning in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, and technology domains
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience working with external clients
  • Socially open-minded with strong cultural awareness and empathy
  • Flexibility to support cross-regional teams and work in dynamic, high-pressure environments
  • Ability to maintain high-quality standards while adapting to rapidly changing business needs

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a cross-regional team of Quality Engineers, Quality Analysts, and Testers
  • Participate in the interview process and act as Hiring Manager for various QA roles on the team
  • Ensure efficient and fluent onboarding to Testlio and set team members up for success
  • Provide professional support, guidance, and coaching within your team, including motivating, challenging, energizing, and empowering team members
  • Respond to and handle client-side escalations
  • Communicate and coordinate daily with the automation team, effectively managing the planned backlog and clarifying functionality requirements
  • Collect, analyze, and quantify data to produce clear and insightful reports
  • Manage ambiguity and guide the team by establishing clear priorities and timelines
  • Potential to travel to the client's site in the US once a quarter
