Requirements

  • Proficiency in JavaScript
  • Experience with Node.js
  • Knowledge of C# and .NET
  • Familiarity with Version Control systems, particularly GitHub
  • Experience with MongoDB
  • Intermediate to advanced English
  • Computer Science/Information Technology Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve client tickets on our support platform within committed SLAs
  • Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code
  • Maintain consistent communication with business stakeholders to understand and fulfill their requirements
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure service continuity
  • Maintain and enhance existing implementations to improve performance and functionality
