Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Experience with Node.js
- Knowledge of C# and .NET
- Familiarity with Version Control systems, particularly GitHub
- Experience with MongoDB
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Computer Science/Information Technology Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve client tickets on our support platform within committed SLAs
- Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code
- Maintain consistent communication with business stakeholders to understand and fulfill their requirements
- Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure service continuity
- Maintain and enhance existing implementations to improve performance and functionality
