Requirements
- Must have excellent oral & written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Java, and Engineering Applications such as CAD
Responsibilities
- Support workstations running Windows 7 & Windows 10 operating systems
- Provide applications support to include assisting the Business Systems Administrator with documentation of new and existing applications, and evaluating new solutions and help in creating testing, implementation, and support documentation
- 1st& 2nd level support for licensed software issues
- Assist Applications System Administrator with basic functions
- Resolve Tickets within the SLA requirements
- Customer Follow up
- Remote Support
