Summary
Join Recast Software as a detail-oriented and proactive IT Systems Administrator to support internal IT operations and employees. This critical role involves maintaining the health and efficiency of our hybrid infrastructure and employee lifecycle processes. You will administer our application and Office 365 infrastructure, working closely with DevOps, Security, and People Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and employee support. Responsibilities include executing onboarding/offboarding workflows, maintaining accurate employee access records, providing internal support for various systems, monitoring system health, managing identity and access, and overseeing procurement and license renewals. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration, experience with Microsoft Azure Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365, and familiarity with hybrid cloud environments. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- Experience administering infrastructure with Microsoft Azure Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments
- Experience with ticketing platforms (we use Freshservice)
- Experience with asset management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Execute onboarding and offboarding workflows, including provisioning/deprovisioning of hardware, software, and licenses
- Maintain accurate records of employee access and entitlements across systems
- Provide internal support for Azure Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Freshservice
- Monitor and maintain system health, performance, and compliance
- Identity and Access Management
- Enterprise application lifecycle management, including SSO integration, certificate/secret management, etc
- Track and manage hardware and software inventory and ensure timely updates and lifecycle transitions for IT assets
- Help manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers
- Oversee procurement and renewal of software licenses and subscriptions
- Collaborate with the security team to implement and enforce Level 1 security policies
- Maintain documentation and compliance for vendor agreements
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of endpoint management tools such as SCCM and Intune
- Experience in hybrid development environments
- Experience working with remote, multinational teams
- Experience managing Multiple OS platforms and mobile devices
- Scripting experience in PowerShell or similar languages
- Exposure to security operations and policy enforcement
- Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement
