Solution Architect

Summary

Join M&S Consulting as an SAP FICO Solution Architect to deliver and support solutions for various financial and controlling modules within SAP. Collaborate with the Finance department, conduct business process reviews, and provide cutover and hyper-care support. Serve as the primary contact for FICO requirements, applying hands-on experience with Product Costing and COPA configuration. This long-term contractor position requires US Citizenship or Green Card holder status. The role offers diverse projects and contributions to improving financial processes. Requirements

• Experience : 15 to 20 yrs of proven experience in SAP FICO modules, particularly in Product Costing and COPA and multiple SAP roll outs
• Technical Skills : Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO applications and their integration with other SAP modules (SD/MM/PP)
• International Exposure : Experience working with international locations, particularly in Europe and Asia Pacific
• Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions
• Communication : Excellent communication skills to facilitate business process reviews, document requirements and deliver user training as needed
• Support Skills : Ability to provide effective support during project cutover and hyper-care phases
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS, or Financial Accounting
• Minimum of 4 to 6 full SAP life-cycle implementations, and upgrades

Responsibilities

• Project Work and Support : Collaborate with the Finance department to provide expert SAP knowledge, aiding in the initiation of operating improvements and solutions
• Business Process Reviews : Facilitate reviews to gather expected business outcomes and functional requirements, and document end-to-end processes and business requirements
• Cutover and Hyper-care Support : Provide support during project cutover phases and perform hyper-care support on SAP FI/CO applications as needed
• Single Point of Contact : Serve as the primary contact for FICO requirements, analyzing and delivering optimal solutions
• Product Costing : Apply hands-on experience with Product Costing for both US Domestic and International locations (Europe/Asia Pacific) and Material Valuated and Non-valuated Order costing
• COPA Configuration and Integration : Support COPA configuration and ensure seamless integration of SD/MM/PP with FI modules

Preferred Qualifications

• E-Invoicing : Experience with e-Invoicing implementation
• Product Costing : Experience with US and International locations
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is a huge plus
