Join Clearsulting as a Pigment Solutions Architect and lead the transformation of complex business challenges into scalable planning solutions using Pigment. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial discovery to deployment and client enablement, acting as both a strategic advisor and hands-on implementation lead. Shape system architecture, guide delivery teams, and empower clients to become self-sufficient. Contribute to building and scaling Clearsulting’s Pigment delivery practice by developing reusable assets and refining methodologies. This role offers an entrepreneurial opportunity to significantly impact delivery vision, team development, and client outcomes. You will play a key role in scaling our Pigment service offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in EPM or FP&A consulting and/or implementation using platforms such as Pigment, Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle Cloud EPM, Planful, or similar technologies
- Strong financial modeling experience across planning processes such as sales, revenue, compensation, workforce, and expenses. Familiarity with core modeling methodologies (e.g., driver-based, unit/usage-based, recurring revenue, time series) and the ability to apply them in real-world client solutions
- Familiarity with data integration, including data transformation, mapping, and an understanding of database connections, APIs, and ETL concepts
- Experience with dashboard development and a solid grasp of user experience (UX) principles to support intuitive and effective planning interfaces
- Proven track record in technology implementations, responsible for quality build and client satisfactions targets associated with technology implementation and finance transformation projects
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex business and technical concepts to stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Effective organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and proactive problem-solving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Eligibility to work in North America
Responsibilities
- Support pre-sales efforts by contributing to proposal development, estimating effort and timelines and supporting the sales cycle
- Develop an expert understanding of Pigment (and similar EPM technologies) across various use cases, focusing on implementations
- Bridge the gap between finance processes and EPM technologies by translating business needs into clear technical requirements
- Lead and execute the full delivery lifecycle of Pigment-based planning solutions—from discovery through deployment and post-go-live support—tailored to client needs across extended planning and analysis (xP&A), including FP&A, Sales, Supply Chain, Workforce, and other operational domains
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to facilitate cross-functional alignment, identify and mitigate risks, and driving effective change management strategies to ensure adoption and long-term success
- Lead the development of executive-level presentations that communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems, and people
- Develop reusable templates, solution accelerators, and delivery toolkits to streamline implementations and promote best practices
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. Lead team enablement by driving capability-building initiatives such as internal training, onboarding frameworks, and standardized delivery practices
Preferred Qualifications
- A business degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred at a minimum
- Solution Architect certification in Pigment, Anaplan, or OneStream
