Solution Architect Manager

Summary

Join Clearsulting as a Solution Architect Manager, Treasury and contribute to positive change through digital finance. This hybrid or remote role, based near a Clearsulting office or remotely, involves developing innovative Kyriba uses, liaising between Kyriba and Clearsulting, leading trainings, and mentoring the Treasury team. You will manage multiple priorities, consistently follow firm policies, and drive exceptional customer satisfaction. The position requires experience with Kyriba or similar TMS, 3-5+ Kyriba certifications, and strong project management skills. Requirements

• Experience with Kyriba or similar Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
• 3-5+ Kyriba certifications and prior implementation of Kyriba
• Demonstrable experience driving exceptional customer satisfaction
• Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics (profitability), and communications

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative uses of Kyriba (e.g., API adoption, custom dashboards) and disseminate knowledge internally
• Liaise between Kyriba and Clearsulting, working with Kyriba Product to suggest new ideas, Kyriba Support to resolve issues, and Kyriba Account Management and Sales Executives to drive new business
• Lead trainings and ensure quality of delivery and all deliverables
• Provide coaching and mentorship to the Treasury team’s senior analysts and analysts
• Demonstrate ability to manage people, develop teams, and coach more junior team members
• Showcase effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities
• Consistently follow all firm policies and guidance
