Requirements
- Client-Facing Excellence: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, honed in an agency or direct-service context
- Use-Case Scoping: Experience translating client business challenges into clear, actionable technical use-cases
- Rapid Pipeline Scaling: Comfort in a fast-paced environment where demand often outstrips delivery capacity; able to coordinate resources and flag gaps proactively
- Extensive CRM Experience: 5+ years in Marketing Automation/CRM (e.g. Braze, SFMC), with excellent attention to detail
- AI & Data Pipeline Skills: Proven ability to scope, configure and troubleshoot data syncs, ideally with Hightouch or similar reverse ETL tools
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of relational databases, data structures and SQL-based analysis
- Digital Marketing Savvy: Strong knowledge of multi-channel digital marketing best practices
- Agile Practitioner: Comfortable working in Agile teams, driving iterative delivery and retrospectives
- Tools Proficiency: JIRA, Confluence
- Language: English at C1 level or above
- Can-Do Attitude: Proactive, results-driven and ready to take ownership of complex challenges
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales to scope and define Hightouch AI Decisioning use-cases, translating business challenges into data-driven solutions
- Configure Hightouch pipelines to feed AI models and orchestrate data syncs between client systems and MarTech platforms
- Train and support clients on Hightouchβs AI Decisioning features
- Help scale delivery capacity by coordinating resources across a growing AID pipeline (currently outpacing staffing)
- Escalate resourcing gaps and propose prioritisation frameworks to sales and leadership
- Forge strong partnerships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met
- Act as the primary point of contact for all CRM and AI Decisioning queries throughout project delivery
- Manage and analyse large customer datasets to uncover behaviour trends and inform campaign optimisation
- Produce performance reports and insight decks demonstrating campaign ROI and AI Decisioning impact
- Collaborate with the strategy team and clients to ensure CRM and AI-decisioning activities align with broader marketing objectives
- Translate strategic briefs into actionable project plans and technical requirements
- Lead the execution of CRM initiatives within Braze (and other platforms) for our clients across various channels
- Configure, customise and QA campaigns to meet client specifications
- Design and execute targeted campaigns using advanced segmentation and personalisation
- Document and evolve best-practice playbooks for CRM and AI-driven campaigns
- Lead regular retrospectives and implement improvements to boost team throughput and quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Braze Certifications ( i.e Practitioner, Marketer)
- Hightouch Certification or demonstrable hands-on experience
- Advanced SQL or Python for data analysis
- Previous agency experience in MarTech or AI Decisioning implementations
