This position requires 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect with a SaaS and billing focus, along with hands-on experience and expertise in architectural frameworks. Requirements

  • Possess 5 years of experience working as a Solution Architect (or equivalent) with a particular focus on SaaS technologies and billing
  • Be hands-on – writing architecture/solution designs, collaborating with others, and making system changes
  • Design end-to-end solutions that meet business needs, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and integration capabilities
  • Have practical experience working with architectural frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar, to develop roadmaps/plans aligning technology with business objectives
  • Demonstrate the ability to influence others and drive decisions in a highly dynamic and customer-focused environment; possess the ability to listen, understand, and persuade
  • Possess technical acumen and a strategic understanding of essential systems used to support a SaaS organization, including Salesforce and Zuora (or similar)
  • Have advanced SQL knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Architectural Leader for challenging and complex projects impacting the domain
  • Partner with various stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organization
  • Act as the broad knowledge expert in the domain
  • Lead and deliver projects from both architectural and hands-on perspectives
  • Present solutions to both technical and non-technical team members at all levels of the company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have CPQ experience
  • Hold Salesforce certifications
  • Have Java development experience
  • Hold TOGAF certification
