Summary

Requirements

  • Previous experience in consulting or implementation sales to government agencies
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of delivering successful enterprise software (SaaS products a plus)
  • Understanding of implementation contract language and ability to determine downstream effects of contractual terms and conditions
  • ~10% Travel

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Business Development, and Delivery Regional Directors to support quotes, proposals, and statements of work for value-added services, solutions, and consultative services offered by Accela Delivery
  • Work to meet sales goals and targets by supporting opportunity pursuits, including the creation of quotes, proposals, and statements of work (SOWs), primarily for add-on services such as cloud migration, upgrades, enhancements, and training
  • Provide support to Senior Delivery Sales Executives in their RFP activities
  • Act as a liaison between multiple departments to close opportunities while ensuring the company's brand and interests are protected from unnecessary risk
  • Review and build new content libraries to efficiently support opportunity pursuits

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in service request management, asset management, land development, business licensing and/or workflow or regulatory compliance software a plus
  • Formal sales training a plus
