Solution Engineer

Summary

Join our dynamic Earth Observation environment as a Junior Solution Engineer and master the application of ICEYE solutions for addressing insurance and government natural catastrophe use cases.

Requirements

• At least 12 months experience in a similar role
• Interest working directly with clients in a technical pre-sales, data implementation or GIS consultant role
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Creative problem solver with a passion for telling stories with data and analytics
• Practical experience performing geospatial analyses for data driven decision making
• Skilled in multiple geospatial analysis techniques, enterprise or web GIS, and comfortable with multiple analysis platforms and languages

Responsibilities

• Create captivating maps and other visuals to showcase our Natural Catastrophe products during and after events
• Create product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight the exceptional capabilities of ICEYE’s solutions
• Develop customized geospatial analyses and maps to empower clients, prospects, and our Marketing team with impactful visuals
• Take ownership of ICEYE data delivery setup
• Provide technical and process-oriented support to Sales Executives and Strategic Account Managers throughout the customer journey to unlock the full value of ICEYE’s products
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to facilitate the implementation and integration of ICEYE’s products into their decision-making tools and processes
