This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in healthcare operations or implementation, and hands-on experience with prior authorization, insurance verification, or hospital admissions workflows. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years in a healthcare operations, implementation, or support role
- Hands-on experience with prior authorization , insurance verification , or hospital admissions workflows
- Experience working in or supporting Epic , particularly modules related to patient access or revenue cycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with healthcare payer requirements and revenue cycle processes
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and support tailored product deployments
- Assist in delivering Janus Health solutions through the design, build, testing, training, and go-live phases
- Support workflows related to prior authorization, insurance verification, and hospital admissions
- Train end users and provide support during and after go-live, especially within Epic environments
- Prepare materials for customer meetings and presentations to demonstrate results and opportunities and track next steps and to-dos
- Oversee and participate in testing/QA activities for Janus products
- Identify and escalate risks related to timeline, scope, or adoption
- Use tools such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL to monitor and analyze customer data
- Collaborate with internal teams to support solution enhancements and ensure a positive customer experience
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in Excel; working knowledge of SQL or Tableau is a plus
