Summary

Join re:Members as a CRM Implementation Specialist and oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce, ensuring scalable and tailored solutions. Continuously assess CRM performance and user feedback to drive improvements. Provide training and support to ensure user adoption. Design and maintain data models, establish best practices for data quality, and act as a CRM subject matter expert. Recommend tools and strategies to maximize CRM impact. This role requires a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of Salesforce experience, and experience with data migration and integrations. Project management experience and Salesforce NPSP experience are preferred. Eligible candidates must reside in specific states.

Requirements

  • Earned a bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field
  • Have a minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce experience configuring the platform utilizing best practices
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, including programmatic data migration and familiarity with SQL and SOQL
  • Have experience establishing and maintaining third party integrations, specifically within the Salesforce platform
  • Eligible candidates reside in one of these states: DC, FL, ID, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NC, NH, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce including the configuration, user set up, custom workflows, and integrations
  • Ensure solutions are scalable and tailored to business requirements
  • Continuously assess CRM system performance and user feedback to implement improvements
  • Provide training, support, and documentation to ensure user adoption and long-term system success
  • Design and maintain clean, scalable data models that support reporting, segmentation, and automation
  • Establish the best practices for data quality, integrity, and security within the CRM environment
  • Act as a CRM subject matter expert and trusted advisor
  • Recommend tools, features, and strategies to maximize the impact of CRM investments and align with long-term business goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience preferred
  • Ideally working with Mid-market accounts
  • Salesforce certification preferred but not required
  • Experience with Salesforce NPSP preferred
