Summary

Join NICE and become a WFM Solution Sales Executive (SSE), the primary driver for sales and expertise in an organizationโ€™s workforce management (WFM) functions. You will be responsible for owning the sales process from initial contact to closing, assessing customer needs, positioning the WFM solution, and building a business case. This role requires collaboration with Account Executives and Pre-Sales Engineers, independent prospecting and relationship building, and delivering compelling demonstrations to executive-level decision-makers. The ideal candidate will possess domain expertise in WFM functions and experience in sales or leadership within these organizations. This is a remote position. Requirements

Domain expertise in Workforce Management functions either as an experienced Salesperson or as a senior leader in these organizations

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Pre-Sales Engineers to strategize and execute team sales
  • Independently engage in prospecting and relationship-building activities to build pipeline and drive business with both new and existing clients
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations and use cases to influence executive-level decision-makers, addressing objections and aligning value proposition with their business strategy
  • Partner with the WFM LOBs in shaping the GTM approach, marketing materials, product roadmaps and industry artifacts
